I created BEEST MOVEMENT f. I would push myself to go faster, lift heavier and go harder. I go with everything that I do I dont do anything half way. I want to motivate others to do the same push themselves, to achieve whatever they want whether it's in your personal, social, or health. The reason for this expo is to bring awareness to the Miami Project to cure paralyzs showing that they fight everyday to get out of the wheel chair and to spark an interest in a healthy lifestyle can be done but with anything worth having reqiures great effert. but that hard work can turn into something you love.
