Rebaone Mothibedi

Rebaone Mothibedi is the founder and CEO of Brilliant Sparks Tuition, an education-driven enterprise focused on improving academic outcomes for primary to high school learners, particularly in mathematics and physical sciences. She also has a strong aptitude for marketing, advertising, and brand development, using strategic and creative approaches to grow impactful initiatives. Alongside her business work, Rebaone is actively involved in philanthropic efforts, supporting educational access and community upliftment. She is passionate about empowering learners with confidence, building sustainable opportunities, and creating meaningful change through education.

In addition to her work with Brilliant Sparks Tuition, which she co‑founded with Sifiso Bhengu, Rebaone Mothibedi was honoured as one of the 100 South African Shining Stars, a national recognition that celebrates young leaders making a meaningful impact in their communities and across the country through education, philanthropy, and community development.
