I support individuals in navigating stressful situations, overcoming emotional challenges, and creating meaningful, positive change in their lives.

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults, both in person in Faro (Portugal) and online. Sessions are available in English and Portuguese.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
