I am an aspiring holistic life coach and homesteader who dreams of self-sufficient living. Nothing appeals to me more than complete health: spirit, mind, and body, and achieving that in the most sustainable and green way. For many years my body was fueled by processed foods, my mind was filled with the toxins of current media and entertainment, and my spirit was far from being in communion with my creator and my savior Jesus.
I have, in years most recent, come to learn that there is something far better for myself and not only will I benefit from change but I can do it in such a way to benefit the environment, and hopefully others as I share my passion.
