Rebecca Kantar is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BrightCo, a for-profit social enterprise that connects the world's top young talent with opportunities. Previously, Rebecca has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Minga, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating the global child sex trade by harnessing the power of teens.

Rebecca has a track record for mobilzing people and resources for good. For her leadership as a high school student, Rebecca was awarded the TIME Magazine and Bentley University Tomorrow25 Award. Rebecca won the Staples/Youth Venture Social Entrepreneurship Competition Grand Prize and delivered a TEDxTalk. During her time at Harvard College, Rebecca was selected to serve on U.S. Committee to UNESCO and on the World Humanitarian Council. She also spoke at StartUp Iceland, Cisco Live, the Dell Social Innovation Summer Institute, the Nexus Global Youth Summit, and NYU Stern School of Busines. Rebecca lives in Boston, Los Angeles and New York City.
