I‘m a curious, energetic, resourceful, optimistic, straightforward, level-headed social psychologist. Identifying what motivates people and helping to create the kind of environment that promotes learning and development is my speciality.

I have worn a variety of hats in my professional career which spans 20+ years: teacher, facilitator, coordinator, coach, entrepreneur, administrator & manager. I believe in creating positive change through people and supporting them with the right processes and tools to get the job done. Persistence, analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking as well as open collaboration skills are strengths that have helped me to engage other people to create change.

As a person I am analytical and organized; strategic and practical; idea-rich; empathetic and fair; not afraid to make mistakes but quick to learn from them. At this point in my career what drives me most is the chance to do meaningful work with other go-getters like myself and to have some fun at the same time!
