Rebecca Leis

Ms. Leis received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and her Masters of Science in Modeling and Simulation from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Ms. Leis is currently working towards a Doctorate in Modeling and Simulation. At the ACTIVE Lab, Rebecca investigates operator workload within the Nuclear Power Domain using various physiological monitoring systems. She works within the Human Performance Test Facility, which houses a Nuclear Power Plant simulator in which she will ultimately contribute toward creating new regulatory guidelines for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Ms. Leis is also the current president for the Modeling and Simulation Knights (MaSK). MaSK is a registered student organization that supports students interested in Modeling and Simulation.
