Born and bred in Muswell Hill, I have been working as an actress for 10 years. Having always had a keen interest in health and fitness and a love of working with people I trained as a personal trainer in 2012. Finally in order to combine my passion for performance and fitness I trained as a Zumba instructor in 2013.

Based in North London I offer 1:1 personal training in your home, or for couples of small groups. I also teach various classes including Zumba for adults and children.
