Rebecca Metzger

Rebecca Metzger is an Ed.D. and Ed.S. Candidate at Marshall University's College of Education and Professional Development with a major in Curriculum and Instruction and emphasis in Educational Technology. She holds Masters' degrees in Special Education and Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work.

Rebecca recently accepted the position of West Virginia Adult Basic Education Coordinator of Distance Education and Professional Development at RESA 3. She also serves as a Technology Integration Specialist for RESAs 2 and 3.

In addition to her work in the field of education, Rebecca is also a licensed social worker and internationally certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor. She is currently a board member of the West Virginia Adult Education Association and West Virginia Certification Board for Addiction and Prevention Professionals.
