Rebecca Milliam

Isleworth, Middlesex

I am an ex-sales negotiator and currently working as a Front of House Supervisor for The National Trust in Osterley Park, West London, who is looking to move into recruitment.

In my current role, I work as a Front of House Supervisor for The National Trust. Osterley Park is one of the last surviving country estates in London. Once described by Horace Walpole as 'the palace of palaces', Osterley was created in the late 18th century by architect and designer Robert Adam for the Child family to entertain and impress their friends and clients. As a Front of House Supervisor, customer service is key. I am the principle contact for all customers and ensure that the customer’s experience is “second to none”. I deal with any complaints or grievances and inform the relevant section head of the action taken.

As much as I enjoy this role, I am looking to develop a career in recruitment as I love working with people, working towards targets, helping people and being challenged daily.

I am interested in upcoming markets, trends, building relationships. I want a role where it is fast-paced, challenging, demanding and very competitive. More so, than my current position.

If you are recruiting for a Resourcer, Entry-level recruitment consultant position or similar within the market, please do not hesitate to contact me via [email protected] or call me on 07588 405350.
