Memphis, Tennessee

I am a proud graduate of the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. Throughout my collegiate years I held many executive leadership roles that aided in my education of business and organizational structure. I have been involved with the building and re-building of many organizations; which is something I very much enjoy.

I have been working in locally owned businesses since age 14, where I began gaining event planning and strategic business experience, and was promoted to manager by age 17. I am the Director of Virtual Training at U.S. Learning, under the direction of Don Hutson. I truly enjoy working in local companies and with entrepreneurs. I delight in helping an entrepreneur's vision come into reality, and being a part of a company where I can expand my role past just a job description.

The training and development field is where I have seen all of the tasks I love coming together in one field. I know that we are never truly done learning, and I am able to communicate the importance of continued education to others. I have written training programs for different local organizations and committees, where I have held leadership positions. My areas of interest are in leadership training and team development. I am quick to pick up a new skill or system, and can communicate the product or task to another individual with patience and in a manner that is easy for them to learn.

I am a young professional living and experiencing Memphis. I cannot wait to see what the next adventure holds!
