Though I wish I came from the worlds of Time Lords and Hobbits, I have come to accept the fact that I can only live in those worlds if I create them on the pages of my books.

Originally a Texas native and graduate from Texas A&M University, I am now stuck in the rainy Pacific Northwest in a place far far away from good sweet tea, and Mexican food.Over the last year, writing has become more than just a hobby for me. It's turned into my secret little world I use to find solace– an outlet for stress where I can dream, create, and express things through the minds of my characters. As writers, we pour our hearts and souls into our manuscripts, and our work becomes like our personal Horcrux– if you stab our manuscripts with a Basilisk tooth, there’s a chance we might die.

When I’m not writing, you can find me reading.I have a love for Young Adult books with a little bit of magic, and swoon worthy characters that make me love and hate them with the turn of each page. I am also a sucker for a good romance novel, and guys in kilts….Ahem– Jamie Fraser.
