How people decribe me bold,enthusastic, encouraging, conscientious, dedicated to the cause and big hair.

Currently a branch manager of a building Society this means I can multi task like the best of them. There are many aspects of my job that take place daily audit and risk to recruitment ,training and development all highly challenging and rewarding.

However the most important part for me is watching my people grow. I feel most of us spend more time at work then at home and it is very imperative people feel equipped and recognised for what they do. I am a strong believer in leading from the front and creating a driven devoted atmosphere.

Hobbies - well currently the spare time I do have is dedicated to wedding planning.
