Rebecca Henderson

I'm a Lincoln, Nebraska native and I've lived here my whole life, excepting half a year spent living in London, UK. I earned my Bachelor's degree in English (19th C British novel and digital humanties concentrations) with a minor in History, which I promptly put to good use as a software engineer at MacPractice. I've moved from studying political succession timelines to untangling Git commit history, from studying the writing of Thackeray to attempting to decifer poorly written code comments. Despite this shift, I'm still constantly in search of more bookshelves for my ever-expanding (read: unmangeable and cumbersome) book collection ("Now with more programming books!").

When I'm not nose-deep in a novel or sorting through merge conflicts, I love to search for and collect new music, fantasize about where I'll travel to next and fawn over every passing animal.
