I've built my career from learning from the ground up, treating people well, building high-functioning teams, accomplishing what I say I will and delivering more than is expected.

I am especially good at assessing people's talents and putting them in the right position in order to succeed. Most failure stems from mismatched skills and responsibilities. I don't let that happen on my watch.

I have a creative background so I approach problem solving differently than most and I can visualize a better process for most underperforming business units.
