Rebecca Renard, is an educator, youth development specialist, community knowledge manager, and youth media practitioner, with over fifteen years of experience creating and leading award-winning programs in diverse settings, to help young people develop their creative voice, critical consciousness, and innate leadership abilities.
She founded Inquiring Minds Consulting, to help organizations and people who serve youth create strong, transformative programming. She believes in the powers of love, compassion, and strategic thinking.
Currently Rebecca works with DC Public Library, developing and leading teen engagement initiatives, and helping build the library's capacity to better serve youth. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Critical Exposure, a DC-based non-profit that empowers young people to be social change agents through photography.
She has a Master of Arts degree from New York University in critical pedagogy and media arts, as well as a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the Catholic University of America.
Rebecca Renard, is a strategic thinker and social innovator with an expertise in youth development and engagement, community knowledge management, facilitation, and program design.
