Rebecca Rivas

Rebecca Rivas is a video journalist, who writes for the St. Louis American newspaper and produces videos for stlamerican.com. Rivas has worked in community news, largely in Hispanic and African-American publications, since 2000. She worked for Adelante! bilingual newspaper, the Arch City Chronicle, the West End Word, and currently at the St. Louis American, an African-American newspaper in St. Louis, Mo. In her role, she uses digital media to connect with the local African-American community.
