In 2012, I founded Jucebox Local Marketing Partners to help established home service businesses build predictable lead flow and stronger revenue systems.
Most HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and trade companies don’t need more marketing activity. They need disciplined systems that capture demand, improve response time, and prevent revenue from slipping through the cracks.
My work focuses on three core areas:
- Demand Capture – Ensuring every inbound opportunity from Google, Local Service Ads, website forms, and calls is properly tracked and attributed.
- Immediate Response & Intake Discipline – Establishing speed-to-lead standards and eliminating missed calls.
- Systemized Follow-Up – Structured and automated follow-up to reduce pipeline decay and increase booked jobs.
The goal is simple: protect cash flow, stabilize revenue, and support long-term business growth.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m focused on faith, family, and the outdoors here in Northern California.
