After years of training and business consulting, I'm working with private business clients to support them in conducting powerful, effective meetings and communications, with an innovative approach called "Face-to-Face."
How this developed: My research and consulting practice (1982-1996) led me to discover subtle patterns in the faces of all people. One surprise was that the visual patterns link to communication tendencies and correspond to their natural ways of thinking, processing information, and responding to others.
In the next phase of my career (1997-2007) working with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and in negotiations, we realized how reliable this approach is at the negotiating table.
The process is private, involves an analysis of a face photograph...and an in-depth strategy briefing with the one presenting or negotiating. Even when hiring an executive, the decision has long term impact and selecting the best person is critical.
When applied to personal expression, clients frequently reported life-changing results as the outcome of the Designing Your Self principles and programs.
Entrepreneurship has been a passion. It's helping people in companies be more successful. It's rewarding to see people step into their confidence and take positive action.
