Whether I am snowboarding in the Rockies, venturing off into some unknown village in Sicily, creating some extreme yet delicious recipe, or playing tennis with the Loyola tennis team, I always stress living in the moment and actually being present. You only live once, my friends.

As a student at Loyola University Chicago, I have strived to complete my degree in Communications and History so I can hurriedly reach my long-awaited dream of becoming a professional culinary whiz (a.k.a chef).
