Reco Jefferson

I’m Reco Jefferson, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I’m the CEO of Roughnecks Ecom, where I build and scale automated e-commerce businesses. My journey started in Mississippi, and after serving in the U.S. Air Force, I earned my degree from Penn State. I began my career as a software engineer but always had a passion for building systems that work smarter, not harder. That mindset led me to start my own company focused on automation and efficiency. Outside of work, I’m a car enthusiast who races with the Sports Car Club of America, a movie fan (especially horror and action), and someone who’s always ready to travel somewhere new. I’m also deeply involved in mentoring youth in Philly and pushing for better education opportunities.
