Embracing the deeper potentials of life, I am an on-going practitioner of Karma Yoga, Vipassana, shadow work,and a student of Doug and Catherine Sensei from Clear Sky Centre in Fort Steele, BC, Canada. While this blog focuses on my spiritual studies and efforts to integrate what I learn into daily life, I am also an animation student at Algonquin College in Ottawa, and have a diploma in Youth Care Work which is currently in practice.
