Reda is the founder and the lead consultant of CorpStrategy Consulting (CSC) with over 9 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy. Prior to founding CSC, Reda was part of the Ernst and Young Transaction Advisory Services team based in the United Kingdom, France and the challenging and vibrant EMEIA region including (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa)
During his past 7 years at Ernst and Young, Reda held and managed diverse projects in multiple sectors from small to medium businesses, corporate and governmental departments. Reda has extensive experience in developing feasibility studies, business plans, business or financial models, valuations, due diligence, strategy, and management consultancy. His experience includes a wide array of projects in Education, Energy, Utilities, Real Estate, Petrochemicals, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Financial Services. Over the past 9 years, and prior joining to Ernst and Young, Reda worked with various consulting firms across the MENA region such as BDO International.
Reda holds an Accounting degree and pursued a postgraduate degree in Finance from University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
