All Hapa Hale coffee is made 100% from coffee beans that are grown, finished and roasted in Hawaii. The Hawaiian word “hapa” has come to mean blended or all mixed together and that fits with our brand. We believe the layers of different aromas and flavors from the beans we select and blend, combined with the way we roast each particular blend make the whole greater than the sum of the parts.
