I like to do things myself, which includes growing my own food and making things from scratch. If I have to buy something, I buy local and handmade, home grown. I am into growing my own food through backyard gardening and raising chickens. I love my chickens! Call me the crazy chicken lady if you want, I won't be offended. After four years of work I am almost totally food independent. Now that I have my food grid going I am focusing on developing my art skills. I am also very interested in alternative energy, health, religion, organic, anything that can be done locally to support our local community.
