RedDust Ficus Nursery

Founder and chief executive officer Kristiana Moore opened RedDust Ficus Nursery in January of 2021. The nursery, which covers five acres of land in Phoenix, AZ, boasts an inventory of over 400 species of ficus trees and shrubs, along with a comprehensive range of desert-friendly cacti and succulent plants. With their extensive inventory, RedDust Ficus Nursery can assist residents in selecting the right native plants for every project.

Ms. Moore and her team of eight employees at RedDust Ficus Nursery partner with several local landscaping companies in the Phoenix, AZ, area, providing them with the necessary inventory to create drought-resistant landscape designs. RedDust Ficus Nursery also emphasizes environmentally friendly planting practices and desert plant health.

To this end, RedDust Ficus Nursery partners with the Arizona Community Tree Council, Inc. and the Arizona Native Plant Society, as well as the Arizona Wilderness Coalition. These organizations seek to educate the community on environmental science and protection, helping them to respect and preserve local ecosystems through conservancy and best planting practices.
