By night, I am a Dance Fitness Instructor & also a health & wellness coach. I teach various fitness classes (primarily dance fitness classes) at corporate gyms, studios, & other wellness centers around the Bay Area. I am a huge advocate for promoting health and wellness and incorporating healthy life habits into our day to day life. I enjoy building communities around Technology, fitness, and dance. I enjoy bringing people together from different areas and find commonalities and inspire each other with their stories. I often found that my creative side has helped me connect & build strong relationships with people from different industries. Hence, I am a huge advocate of embracing your artistic skills no matter what field you work in.

I am associated with a few non profit organizations and volunteer regularly. I actively participate in fundraising activities for organizations like Support for families with children with disabilities, make a wish foundation, SF Homeless communities, just to name a few.
