1 of the busiest coaches in Alberta averaging 3 teams per year in coaching. Along with running his successful club program for over 7 years Coach Randy also head coached the Alberta Summer Games Calgary U15 Team last summer, coached 2 Red Jacket Premier Girl's Teams along with being the head coach at Cochrane High School running the varsity girl's program. After only 4 seasons as their head coach Randy was able to help lead his team to the school's first/second ever Varsity Girl's League Championship.

Currently:
Helped coach Cochrane Varsity Girls Basketball Team to their 2 straight ever league championship-took 35 years to reach the team goal. Hired to coach last summers Calgary U15 Girl's Zone Team who will be participating in the summers Alberta Summer Games held in Lethbridge. Team finished with a silver medal losing a close gold medal game by 3 points. Will coach a 3A Senior Girl's All-Star Team along with coaching a girl's team in this years Shooting Stars All-Star weekend.
Has signed over 30 girls to be part of the Premier Girl's Club Program with 2 teams and 7 red shirts ( building for the future)
2. Last 2 season Current Head Coach Cochrane senior Girls Basketball Team-Team reached 4 tournament finals in 6 events. Finished tied for 2nd place in leagues play.
Was Head Ladies College Basketball Coach @ St. Mary's University College for 4 seasons. 1 league title, 3 appearances for the league championship along with 1 bronze medal.
