Nathan began his career with The Ensign Group as a volunteer and discovered a love for the assisted living industry and the residents that come with it. After graduating from Arizona State University as a Bio Mechanical Engineer, Nathan pursued an opportunity to be a manager of a large bank institution. After 13 years in the Financial Industry he found that his time spent as a volunteer in assisted living facilities became more and more rewarding. Since leaving the bank he has never looked back and continues to enjoy his new career. Nathan is married and has 4 children, two boys and two girls ranging from 2 years old to 8. He loves being a father and enjoys serving others, his coworkers, and the residents of Redmond Heights Senior Living.
