COMPANY HISTORY

Redtree Home Realty, Inc. was founded by Gary Frederics, Neil Moritz, and William Sheehan in 2012. After spending 25 successful years in new home construction, Gary had a vision of owning/brokering a well respected, full service real estate firm. After meeting partners Neil Moritz and William Sheehan, the three had a vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional sale and lease transactions and provide a complete range of sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management services. With a large portfolio of property listings and clients throughout Ohio and Colorado, Redtree Home Realty is prepared to fulfill all residential real estate requirements.
