I grew up believing that real change doesn’t start in boardrooms—it begins in communities. That belief took root during my days at the University of Rajshahi, where I studied Philosophy—not just to ask questions, but to seek meaningful answers about society, justice, and development.

While many saw university as a stepping stone, I saw it as a training ground. I led youth projects, hosted conversations through Project স্বরে-অ (Swore-O), and helped launch Team Nirvana to teach digital skills to underserved youth in Rajshahi. Each initiative brought me closer to the ground realities—and taught me that sustainable development requires more than plans; it demands empathy, structure, and follow-through.

At Logistica, as a Business Intern, I learned the power of operational discipline and data-backed strategy. In parallel, I balanced responsibilities as General Secretary of RUPSA and Treasurer of Youth for Policy’s Rajshahi district committee—roles that taught me leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about trust.

Now, I’m looking for my next challenge—one where I can combine my academic insights, field experience, and unwavering belief in inclusive progress. If your organization values passion with purpose, let’s talk.
