About Me
I’m Muhammad Redwanul Karim, a technology and business strategy leader with 17+ years of experience across telecom, ISP, cloud, and data center ecosystems. Currently, I serve as Chief Strategy Officer at Rahimafrooz Bangladesh Ltd., leading strategy and growth for MetroNet and GenNet—nationwide platforms delivering ISP, IPTSP, Data Center & Colocation, Cloud & Microsoft services, Hosting, SSL, and Bulk/A2P SMS solutions.
I bring deep hands-on and leadership experience across IIG, ISP, ITC, and NIX networks, transmission and FTTx (EPON/GPON), IP planning and network security, and data center design and operations, including cooling/HVAC, fire suppression, and power systems. My strength lies in turning complex infrastructure into scalable, reliable services that support business growth and customer trust.
I also build and lead high-performing NOC, support, and O&M teams, aligning people, process, and technology to deliver operational excellence, service resilience, and measurable business outcomes.
