My name is Reed Garzon,
While working, I use three primary parts that make great leaders. I choose to be passionate about my work no matter what it is because if your passionate and driven to do the work than you’ll have a better product overall.
I love to discover new experiences and learn new things. I find that the more experiences you have, the better off you are when dealing with problems and finding solutions because you have enough information.
My last point is that leaders must practice what they preach. If your going to tell someone to do what you ask then you should show why there doing it and exemplify your beliefs.
In total, I believe I am prepared for any occasion and ready to lead.
My three signature strengths are my command which means I’m great at taking charge of a situation and am prepared to lead. My Ability to be Deliberative and decide which direction I should go and which way a group should lean. My last primary strength is my ideation, which allows me to both come up with ideas and cull the surplus and decide which idea we should go for.
A mantra I believe in is that a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor which means that the hard times in life open the door for opportunity and allow you to learn and grow so your prepared in the future.
