My name is Tim Reed and I am a thought leader, SME, and business partner with an outstanding record of professional accomplishments and increasing organizational efficiency through unified solutions and common services. I have led complex operational and organizational change initiatives during my 20+ year career in global CIO and consulting roles, delivering significant global programs including IT and operations transformation, cloud strategy, ERP solutions, global vendor management, and global data warehousing/analytics. Clients rely on me to deal with tough IT issues, define a realistic approach, and deliver the results.
