I live in New York. As fabulous as that sounds, it's not exactly what you'd imagine. i don't know any celebrities, have my name on every VIP list, or even have a social life that could make you exhausted just hearing about it. No. I'm just an average girl living her average life and enjoying the confines of her thoughts and words in the Long Island suburbs.

I'm the middle child for three girls, but there is enough of age gap between my younger sister and I, where I don't have a complex, but I'm also really close to my sisters where I can (and probably do) live up to the stereotype of the 'middle child syndrome.'

I've worked behind the scenes in television news, but after running amok for a little over six years, I found myself deteriorating both emotionally and physically. It's time for a change. I'm pursuing a career in marketing, and even more specific, social media marketing.

I love writing and I love helping others. What started out as giving good free advice to friends has spawned into a social experiment to say the least. I'm not a certified therapist and barely scraped by with a B in psych while in college. I am a friend however. And sometimes, that's all we need. A friend. One who can help guide us through the harried life we live in. Who can offer insight without judgement and a $200 bill. One who can be honest. I've been through it all- heartache, health scares, financial woes, worry, stress, weight issues. In essence, I am you. And with that, I can help you.
