Passionate about health & wellness, I believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to. After working with private patients and competitive athletes to accomplish their goals of preventing and rehabilitating athletic injuries, I felt there was more that I needed to learn.
With a teaching style that is inspiring, informative and done with grace and ease, I use my strong anatomy skills and athletic therapy training to instruct classes that challenge you while respecting your limits. Concentrating on physical health and mental well-being, bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation are incorporated with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind promoting strength, balance and flexibility.
