Reese Shaw

Hi, my name is Reese Shaw and I am 18 years old from Kennesaw, GA. I went to Harrison high school and graduated in spring 2018. I live with my mom, brother, and our 3 dogs. My parents are divorced, so my dad now lives in Blueridge, GA. My parents getting a divorce was probably the toughest thing I have ever had to go through just because of all the stress it put on me and my brother.

My whole family are sport fanatics and we are all super competitive. I have played baseball since I was 5 years old and I instantly fell in love with the game. Here at KSU I plan on trying to walk on the baseball team and continuing my dream of playing professional baseball. I also love to hunt, fish, and be outside in the woods doing pretty much anything. I grew up on a farm where we had lots of cows, chickens, and turkeys. I even had my own pet cow and I named him Billy. Little did I know, a few years later I was eating him in the form a patty.

My major is sports management and I want to become the athletic director at UGA. That is my dream school and I am a die hard fan so working there would seem more like fun then a job. I like to consider myself a country boy because of the way I was raised and when I get older and have my own family i want to live in the country and have my own farm and lots and lots of land.
