Reese R Lapka - Founder

I am the father of 5 active and successful children and currently live in Asheville, NC. My professional background and experience includes owning a number of my own successful businesses and working in a variety of industries consistently as a top achiever. I spent the first part of my career within the motion picture industry in Los Angeles, California in numerous capacities working on feature films, motion pictures and commercials. I have owned two successful Insurance agencies in Northern California and also my own corporate sales training company. I have spent the last 18 years in the technology industry, as a director, trainer, business manager and sales representative. As a leader and top performer within Hewlett Packard I was able to develop tools, sales tracks and implement trainings for Channel sales, inside sales teams and regional sales teams directly impacting top line revenue and market success. My love for public speaking, motivating people to build their dreams from a positive attitude baseline and my experience in business to successfully build revenue for individuals and companies has lead me to creating the Nucleus Motivational Group.
