Our names are Jesse and Irecia Goins and we have a vision to change Oregon one person at a time! To spread the love, and help those in need. We are Oregonians and traveling missionaries, and have been ministering in Brazil for about 15 months. But God is now calling us back to Oregon to make a difference!
