I did not spend long in the IT world before realizing that if I'm going to spend half my waking life at work, it better align with my personal values. To me that means focusing on sustainability and social justice. The best way for me to meet my goals was to start A&R Solar, an employee-owned solar contracting company in 2007. Ever since then it's been a wildly positive ride to realizing my dreams of helping the world move in a more sustainable direction.
