Regaugetswe Phaladi

Hi, I am Regaugetswe Sharon Phaladi, and I'm a third-year student at the University of Johannesburg.I am currently pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Education, majoring in Sepedi and Neurodevelopmental Learning Needs.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy cooking, sewing, and writing.I am passionate about inclusive education and believe that every learner has the potential to succeed when provided with the right support. Teaching to me is not just about delivering the content but also about making the learners feel seen, heard, and understood, especially those who experience barriers to learning. As a future educator, my goal is to create a supportive and empowering classroom environment where all learners thrive.
