Sean Reger-Flores

Sean Reger-Flores is a Senior Advisor of Strategy and Acquisitions for CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company. In this capacity, he supports specialty pharmacy leadership with evaluating targets and post-acquisition integration. Sean’s experience prior to joining CVS Health includes over a decade at Accenture helping fortune 100 organizations define and mobilize business strategies to drive growth. Post Accenture, he spent two years as the founder of a fintech startup organization and advising numerous other startups on their growth strategy and capital stack. He then joined the Landmark Recovery and Senior Living Executive team as the Chief Revenue Officer where he drove double-digit growth via expansion to multiple markets.
