I spent many years digging myself a pit full of despair and hopelessness; but one day I cried out to God, and He landed me on solid rock with His Son as my cornerstone. Now I am building a new life for myself and my pit has become my foundation full of Grace, Love and Mercy.
My faith as well as my personality are what make me a hard working, and successful customer service representative. I listen to others and utilize empathy and complex problem solving to find the best solution for the customers needs. I Am eager to help in any way that I am able and escalations are my specialty.
Although I have yet to receive a Bachelors Degree, I attend school when I am financially able to do so. I Have achieved certifications in both EMT-I and LVN/LPN areas. My current course of study is Psychology and Business/Human Resources.
In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors whether gardening or enjoying outdoor activities. I love to cook what I grow, create recipes, read, peruse social media, learn something new everyday and help people in any way that I am able to help through life and volunteering.
