Reginaldo Santos

For 17 years working in information technology, participating in various projects related to different areas and working in various development platforms with multiple cultures (China, India, US, Chile, Mexico, Austria and others). I'm currently playing the role of Cognos BI Developer and team leader in “Global Cognos Center of Competence”.

Degree in Management Information Systems, and extension in Project Management: Best Practices aligned with PMI, I work together with the PM in the organization of the project team, ensuring the quality of the deliverables, distributing tasks and providing training to the team.

I also worked for almost eight years at Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) as a systems analyst with customer interviews, solution planning and development of sistems itself, using technologies: Visual Basic (for systems that interact with the mainframe platform) and Java and PHP for corporate intranet.

I was 9 years managing partner of a computer company and bought it with leadership, knowledge of the most diverse departments in a company, managing people and delegating tasks and responsibilities.

Certified Scrum Master, Lean green belt and ITIL v3 certifications are added to my Cognos BI certifications.

Hobbies include the development of games and applications for web and mobile devices (smartphones) and practical rugby and bike, my favorite sports.
