Regina Lindström (Casteleijn-Osorno)

Creative, customer-centric, talented and active woman. I have a love of life, family, travel and all things Nick Cave. I have always worked in a customer service role, either as a teacher, team leader, coordinator, project manager or mentor. I hold a Masters in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Social Psychology and have always enjoyed working with people, making the experience for the customer as enjoyable as possible. I feel there is no need to make life any more difficult than it already is, little things do matter!

I see myself fitting in a role that demands excellence and knowledge that can not be taught. I have built up my career including roles as a CEO and Office Manager as well as Project Coordinator and Recruiter from the bottom up. I have drive, energy and passion that might be due to being American, but I feel is inert and unstoppable.

I enjoy a nice challenge. I am a good team player and not afraid to learn and make mistakes. I have no ego and don't need to be right, and especially when I am unsure, I am not afraid to ask. I am also an excellent leader and have shown time and again that 'let's go' is better than 'go'.

I have passion and interest in all areas and am not afraid of hard work. I look forward to meeting a company that can recognize a number of skills and not zoom in on one. I have done everything including, managing a blog, copy writing, manual proof reading, thesis grading, English teaching, department organizing and everything in between. I am beyond mulch-dimensional.
