Hello & Namaste, I’m Anjana. I’m a Founding CEO of Mutual Learning International from Australia. I am passionate about career coaching and counselling, designing strategic community development and capacity building programs. Hence the preferred title - Opportunity Designer.
As a multiple academic and social justice award winning specialist, I use innovative principles and take evidence-based approach to support organisations and individuals to develop their capacity and capability to reach their full potential.
In my 20+ years of professional career I have learned from veteran industry experts and from lived experiences of young children born in prison, people living with HIV/AIDS, women and young girls escaping violence, single women (widows, divorcee, separated, unmarried), human trafficking survivors, people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness and drug and alcohol related issues, people with disability, and more.
A mother of two young children and a lovely jug (our pet, Whiskey that is a combination of a Jack Russell and Pug), I arrived in Australia as an international student to complete Masters of Business in Human Resource Management & General Management (MBus) in 2009. Eventually, we called Australia home.
