Regoratile Maluleka
Student Teacher and Mentor in Johannesburg
Hi, I am Regoratile Maluleka. A third-year Bachelor of Education student at the University of Johannesburg, specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Business Management. As an ICT enthusiast, I am passionate about transforming and improving my pedagogical approaches while integrating technology into meaningful learning experiences. I believe these two components fit together, as they both emphasize practical application and development of solutions to real-world challenges.
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that learners achieve their best when instruction is delivered with genuine care, enthusiasm, and purpose. I strive to be knowledgeable and well-prepared in my subject areas so that I can create engaging, learner-centered environments where curiosity and confidence can flourish. Beyond the classroom, one of my deepest joys is continuously developing my skills, staying informed about current global events as well emerging technologies. I also enjoy reading, as it broadens my perspective and enables me to remain adaptable in an ever-evolving world.
I currently serve as a mentor within the Faculty of Education, where I have the opportunity to support and guide fellow students in their academic and personal development. This role has strengthened my leadership and interpersonal skills while reinforcing my passion for empowering others. As I continue my studies, I actively seek opportunities that will challenge me, broaden my professional experience, and contribute to my growth as both an educator and an individual.
