I am Director of Program Development at the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). In this role, I manage data analytics, IT, project management, knowledge management, and strategic communications for the Rural Health Care program.

I also serve as Chair of the Board of Directors at The DC Center for the LGBT Community.

Before coming to USAC, I was a Policy Analyst and Presidential Management Fellow at the Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President. I live and work in Washington, DC. I am interested in LGBTQ issues, women's issues, and government transparency.
