With over a decade of experience in public policy and management, I am a dynamic leader and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). I have a proven track record of delivering results, managing complex and cross-functional projects, and fostering collaboration and innovation across government agencies and non-profit organizations. My policy expertise spans LGBTQ issues, public health, international relations, and research. My mission is to leverage data, technology, and best practices to promote transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in public service.

Outside of work, I am a leader in DC's LGBTQ+ community as Board Member at The DC LGBTQ+ Community Center. I'm currently leading a multi-million dollar project to establish a new LGBTQ+ community center in DC, which will house 9 different organizations and be a one-stop hub for our community to seek services and gather.
