I am a certified yoga instructor living in Brisbane, Australia.

With a passion for empowerment and helping people connect to their greater purpose in life through breath, movement and contemplation; my classes are light, challenging and refreshing. Each class is an exploration of strength and freedom, flexibility and surrender.
