Evidence is my successful completion of 600+ road race competitions ranging from 5 kilometers to 20 miles. I am also a 39-time marathon finisher, 18 of which have been run under 3 hours. I qualified and completed 15 consecutive Boston Marathons and 10 New York City Marathons.

I have competed in USA Track and Field races at both the regional and national levels, have been ranked regionally and nationally in my age-group and have been a member of medal winning teams at the national and state level. I have been an age-group winner in over 90% of these competitions.
